Douglas Fir Resort & Chalets is pleased to announce the opening of our new indoor playzone. This new interactive structure is located in our former racquetball court. Measuring over two storeys in height and 36 feet in length, it is Western Canada's largest hotel indoor playground. Douglas Fir Resort has been Banff’s leading family resort for 25 years. This gigantic indoor playzone is a welcome addition to the already impressive family friendly facilities at Douglas Fir Resort.

PLAYZONE RULES

The playzone is restricted to 12 years old and under.
All children must be supervised by an adult.
No footwear allowed in playzone.
No food, gum or drinks allowed in playzone.
No rough play and watch for younger children.
Do not climb on the outside of the playzone.
Play in a safe and responsible manner, and above all HAVE FUN!
